Insurance and Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance and Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Kristie Babcock - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Customer Service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Marketing and Sales
- Promote relevant insurance products and services to customers based on their needs
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Experience and Licenses
- Must have property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses
- Experience working for a State Farm Agent is preferred
