Job Overview

As a key member of our manufacturing team at Johnson Health Tech Companies, the Processor I role involves the precise handling and processing of components. Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, this position is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Quality Control: Examine finished work pieces for any defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces, and categorize defective items based on the type of flaw.
  • Specification Adherence: Conduct thorough inspections of all parts to confirm compliance with build book specifications.
  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, or oversee machinery to bend, drill, punch, crimp, notch, or straighten metal components.
  • Measurement Verification: Accurately measure completed work pieces to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and instructions.
  • Attendance: Exhibit regular and reliable attendance to meet production expectations.
  • Productivity: Strive to maintain productivity levels throughout the shift while working efficiently and accurately.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned, including routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
