Speech Language Pathologist Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Speech Therapist to become a vital part of our Early Intervention team. This role focuses on delivering home-based therapy services to children from birth to 3 years old.

We value therapists who are deeply committed to fostering the development of young children. You will have the unique opportunity to engage parents directly in your therapy sessions, enhancing the effectiveness of the intervention.



Compensation and Benefits for Speech Language Pathologists:

  • Competitive salary starting at $110.00 per hour (options for contract, per diem, and part-time work available)
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with no evening shifts

  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your preferences

  • Support from administrative staff to ensure manageable caseloads
  • Bi-monthly payment via direct deposit
  • No minimum caseload requirement


Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologists:
  • Must hold a valid state license
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required
  • At least 1 year of experience in speech therapy
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric patients


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate therapy session schedules with families
  • Deliver home-based interventions that actively involve parents and caregivers
  • Adhere to the care plan established by a multidisciplinary evaluation team
  • Focus on achieving the child's developmental milestones, including motor skills such as crawling, sitting, standing, and walking
  • Document clinical sessions using a web-based system
  • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator and other team members involved in the child's care
