Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
