- Follow applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
