Dietary Attendant Specialist Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting with food tray delivery, assembly, and collection, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. The Dietary Attendant Specialist will work closely with the dietary team to ensure that patients receive high-quality meals and snacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with early and late food tray deliveries
  • Prepare and deliver patient trays
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Maintain compliance with JCAHO, State Health Department, and OSHA regulations
