Job Summary

Pillar Electric Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee electrical installations and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage electrical crews, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with company financial goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements
  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician's License.
  • Minimum four years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
