Job Title: Principal Antenna

We are seeking an experienced electromagnetic design engineer to lead efforts in system conceptualization, design, and deployment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop system architectures and conduct analysis, design, simulation, fabrication, integration, and testing for RF and EW systems.
  • Analyze customer requirements and constraints.
  • Lead design teams throughout the development cycle, including concept development and RF system design.
  • Design complex communication and navigation systems and challenging electrically small antennas.
  • Communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Conceptualize and conduct innovative R&D to grow company-wide technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degrees and proven industry experience will be considered.
  • An exceptional academic record or industry experience and demonstrated laboratory competence in electromagnetics and antenna design, analysis, simulation, testing and debugging.
  • Strong background in EE fundamentals of electromagnetics, antenna theory, communication theory, software defined radio, circuit theory.
  • Experience with some or all of the following tools: HFSS, CST, Microwave Office, ADS FEKO, COMSOL, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, Mentor Graphics (or equivalent PCB design tool).
