Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ophthalmologist who can review medical health records through a secure Web Portal, perform comprehensive eye exams, and complete forms through the Web Portal. This is not a treating role; rather, it provides assessments for the VA.
Responsibilities:
- Review medical health records through a secure Web Portal
- Perform comprehensive eye exams on each veteran
- Complete forms through the Web Portal within 24 hours after an exam
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a current license as an Ophthalmologist
- Be able to perform Visual Field Testing (VFT)
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
