Acute Care Facilities Coordinator

As a Senior Hospitality Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Food and Nutrition services department in an Acute Care Hospital or Medical Center. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the department within budget, providing maximum value for dollars spent
- Sourcing high-quality food products that meet patient expectations
- Developing and implementing effective safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
- Fostering strong relationships with patients, employees, and other departments within the Hospital
Key Requirements:
- A.A. Degree or related experience preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate or Registered Dietitian preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
- Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable
- Excellent supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail, and the Internet
- ServSafe Certified
