HVAC Maintenance Specialist

Work Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am – 4:00p.m. (hours may vary based on operational needs)

The HVAC/R Technician IV plays a crucial role in delivering a high level of technical expertise in addressing service requests, diagnosing issues, and executing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems within an industrial setting.

  • This role also involves responding to service calls and providing feedback to clients regarding temperature-related issues while applying knowledge of Automated Building Controls.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as an HVAC maintenance technician in an industrial context, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of an EPA Universal certification.
  • Capability to operate in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights of 30 feet or more.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuits ranging from 24VAC/DC and above, including lighting and load centers.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills are essential, with the ability to work safely with 3-phase power up to and including 480V.
