Experienced Carpentry Foreman

Midwest Construction Inc. is seeking a qualified carpentry foreman to manage and execute tasks across various carpentry projects. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities in both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all phases of construction activities
• Interpret and execute blueprints, plans, and drawings accurately
• Perform hands-on tasks while delegating responsibilities to team members
• Conduct performance assessments of team members
• Maintain accurate records of materials utilized and hours worked
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Report any incidents or violations to management
• Estimate project timelines effectively

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on construction experience
• Possession of personal hand tools
• Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED; further education is advantageous
• Experience with machinery operation is beneficial (training available) including Skid-Steer, Telehandler, and Aerial Lifts
• Familiarity with laser levels and elevation shooting is a plus (training available)
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Valid driver's license required
