Our company is looking to hire an experienced concrete foreman to perform and supervise work in all phases of concrete such as prep work, placement, installation, finishing, curing and cutting - to include but not limited to the following:

  • Driveways, Sidewalks and Approaches
  • Curb & Gutter
  • Commercial Parking Lots
  • Residential & Commercial Footings and Foundations
  • Retaining Wall Foundations
  • Stamped and Colored Concrete Experience is a Plus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities in the construction process
  • Correctly interpret blueprints, plans & drawings
  • Self-perform & Delegate Tasks to crew members
  • Performance evaluation of crew members
  • Accurately document materials used and hours worked
  • Enforce safety regulations
  • Report accidents or misconduct to management
  • Estimate Timelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience.
  • Must have personal hand tools
  • Must be physically fit and be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or GED. Continued education is a plus.
  • CDL is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in operating machinery is a plus (can train,) such as: Skid-Steer, Backhoe, Telehandler, Excavator, Truss Screed, Laser Screed.
  • Experience operating laser level and shooting elevations is a plus (can train).
  • Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Valid Drivers License
