Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing various nursing care services for patients, including bathing, ambulating, feeding, and personal hygiene.
  • Collect and document patient data for admission assessments and reassessments, providing accurate and timely information to the nursing team.
  • Contribute to a safe and quality care environment by communicating effectively with team members and relaying important information.
  • Answer patient calls for help, take vital signs, and monitor patient behavior and physical condition for progress or deterioration.
  • Perform delegated clerical duties, such as answering phones, relaying messages, and preparing patient medical records.
  • Orient new patients and significant others to the nursing unit, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Passing grade on state-specific exam required.
  • No experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
