Key Responsibilities- Assist in performing a variety of nursing care services for patients, including bathing, ambulating, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Collect and document data for patient assessments and reassessments, providing critical information to healthcare teams.
- Contribute to a safe and quality care environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and relaying important patient information.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, relaying messages, and preparing patient records.
- Passing grade on state-specific exam required.
- No prior experience necessary.
As a Clinical Partner II, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to provide exceptional patient care. You will be required to stand and walk frequently, with occasional lifting and bending.
