To drive business growth and meet customer demands, Ericsson's US 5G Smart Factory is seeking experienced Team Leads for our Final Assembly (FA) Lines.
The FA Team Lead will motivate their team, drive production, and promote safety to produce cutting-edge radios and basebands. This is the equipment that enables 5G connectivity on mobile devices.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable with high-volume production and new product introductions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Ensure operator adherence to schedules, quality standards, and work instructions for assembly and test operations.
- Create accurate end-of-shift reports for Production management and Leadership Team.
- Deliver clear updates on production status during daily calls.
- Communicate cross-functionally and raise issues through proper channels.
- Mentor and motivate team members, and support Technical Trainers in onboarding for new employees.
- Document operator performance, resolve conflicts within your line, and act as a backup for Supervisors.
- Ensure assembly line cleanliness and adherence to 5S principles during shift handovers.
- Execute non-conforming material processes, and promote and enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
- Identify and manage safety issues and emergencies, and lead twice-daily stretches.
- High School Diploma

- SMT/SMA production experience
