As a CNC Machinist, you will possess outstanding manufacturing expertise, hands-on experience with various CNC machines and controls, and a commitment to contributing to a world-class manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist Level 1-4:
This is a full-time, onsite role.
Preferred working hours are Monday – Thursday, 5am – 3:30pm.

Independently perform complex machining tasks on parts and tools across multiple machines, handling unique and challenging assignments with confidence.

Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions or deviations from specifications, promptly notifying the lead person of any discrepancies.
Achieve job standard times with minimal oversight.
Identify production issues and communicate them to the supervisor.
Demonstrate proficiency in basic machine language (G and M codes).
Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Maintain a consistent record of high-quality work with minimal rework and scrap.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as necessary.
Perform additional duties in the machine shop as assigned.
Adhere to all safety protocols established by the company, including proper equipment usage and procedures.
Availability for full-time work with set shift hours is required.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, training, certifications, or demonstrated capability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position is essential.
Comprehend all forms of technical documentation, including blueprints, specifications, charts, and tables. Exhibit a positive attitude towards work and punctuality for shift start times.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Stand and walk continuously throughout the workday.
Manipulate materials using hands.

A significant portion of the work will take place in a machine shop environment where temperatures may vary.

The compensation range for CNC Machinist I-IV positions is $23 – 37/hr, with potential shift differential pay for certain shifts.
