We are seeking a skilled Occupancy Field Inspector to join our team at Far Inspections. As an independent contractor, you will perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders, using our mobile application to report on property conditions.

This is a 1099 position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour, depending on the county and volume of work. You will need to have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet connection, and a printer.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for completing all inspections within 4 days of assignment and submitting high-quality photos along with brief comments.
