Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the technical service delivery of Blue Yonder WMS, encompassing configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Foster robust relationships with internal stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Engage in Agile Continuous Delivery for project execution and improvements.
  • Supervise service management, incident resolution, and escalation of major incidents.
  • Facilitate integrations with other systems and vendors.
  • Provide guidance on technical releases and future enhancements of the WMS platform.
  • Stay informed about industry technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years focused on Blue Yonder WMS.
  • Strong technical and functional expertise in Blue Yonder WMS.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Previous experience with Continuous Delivery and Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of collaborating within cross-functional teams.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel may be necessary.
