SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Conducts evaluations and formulates and executes service plans with measurable objectives (based on clinical evaluations).

Responsible for the delivery of services, linking the assessment, design, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions to achieve successful case outcomes.

Provides individual, couple, family, and group therapy based on treatment needs, along with outreach services. Offers family life education and advocacy as required. Appropriately utilizes a wide range of diagnostic and treatment skills and Best Practice techniques. May occasionally provide transportation for families. Performs necessary administrative tasks related to caseload, such as correspondence, reports, dictation, and maintaining case records. Allocates a minimum of 60% of available time to direct services. Engages in regular supervision to enhance performance and ensure excellence in service delivery. Represents the program with community organizations.

Coordinates and collaborates with public and private agencies to ensure non-duplication of services. Facilitates and documents interdisciplinary team meetings. Provides case management and service coordination in conjunction with referring social workers. Completes administrative tasks related to agency-wide data, such as daily and monthly activity reports, in a timely manner. Maintains participant confidentiality at all times. Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

EXPERIENCE


A minimum of one year and up to two years of experience in providing relevant services to participants.


Experience working with parents/caregivers who have harmed or threatened their children, as well as children who have experienced harm or threats and who have faced trauma and loss.

Experience with domestic violence, substance abuse, and permanency issues.
Experience in victimology, sex therapy, human sexuality, or sex offender treatment.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED


Willingness and ability to collaborate with others, including participants facing multiple issues, families presenting safety concerns, and co-workers, as part of a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including therapeutic assessment and treatment, interviewing, documentation, and letter writing.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.

OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS


This position requires a valid driver's license and a clear driving record, with continued employment contingent on maintaining a clear driving record.

This position requires the use of a personal vehicle to transport participants as needed, along with a willingness to travel as required.

This position requires the use of an agency vehicle to transport participants as needed, along with a willingness to travel as required.

The nature of this position requires the incumbent to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This position is subject to a criminal background investigation, with continued employment contingent on a clear record.

Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPR, CPI, and/or van driving training as necessary to perform essential functions of this job.

Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPI classes or other Behavioral Management certification as may be contract-mandated.

Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of First Aid classes.
