The Senior Medical Practitioner is tasked with meticulously gathering and accurately documenting a comprehensive medical history for each patient. This includes, but is not limited to, the primary concern, current health status, personal medical history, and familial health background.

Conducting thorough physical assessments of each patient is essential.

Evaluating test results and findings from personal examinations is crucial to determine the patient's health status, which includes diagnosing any medical conditions and developing a treatment plan.
