Job Overview

**Bright Talent** is seeking a seasoned Payroll Consultant to join our team of experts in managing clients' payroll processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage payroll operations for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct payroll audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification such as CCP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar.
  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience as a payroll consultant, payroll manager, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for precise payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and lead when necessary.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, specifically Paycom.
