We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our survey research initiatives at the National Initiative on Gender, Culture and Leadership in Medicine. As the Survey Research Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our C-Change survey research and services, with a focus on institutional culture and inclusive excellence for faculty and trainees in academic medical settings and higher education.

C-Change seeks a talented individual who can sustain the collegial and quality-focused culture of our organization while identifying new opportunities to apply our insights in organizations beyond medical-only environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in the health sciences and research, with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams and communicating complex ideas effectively.

This position requires a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Health Sciences or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in academic medicine or a large healthcare organization/health policy entity. Grant writing experience, managerial skills, and excellent communication skills are also essential. The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
