Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

The Mutual Trading Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Your primary responsibility will be to receive, stock, and prepare merchandise for order selection while maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick locations
• Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection
• Ensure placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail by ensuring that proper attention is given to all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas
• Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to their stock location
• Consolidate merchandise into picking containers as necessary
• Pack products securely in cartons and totes
• Use appropriate equipment to ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of any inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse
• Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes at all times
• Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Perform end-of-shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation and return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations

About You:
You must have a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year's experience in a related field. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to company values and strong customer orientation. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments with caution. The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 per year.
