Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Training Specialist to join our team at Millennium Physician Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Develop training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives, and ensure that they are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting the needs of our employees.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training programs to employees in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop training programs that address those gaps.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Administrative Functions: Coordinate and perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Learning Healthcare, Human Resources, or Technology.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting, with 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or organizational design.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
