- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including pharmacists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification through PTCB or NHA required for all licensed technicians after 2008.
- Experience: One year or less of related work experience preferred.
