As a Surgical Technologist Level II at Atrium Health Charlotte, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art surgical suite. With an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize your skills to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will possess advanced surgical technology skills and be able to assist in providing patient care during operative procedures. You will ensure quality patient care while maintaining a safe work environment and performing all related job responsibilities. Key duties include:

  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of aseptic technique and its application
  • Assisting in obtaining and organizing supplies and instruments prior, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Assisting Registered Nurse circulators in preparation of patients, assembly of supplies, instruments, equipment, and proper disposition of all specimens; assisting with all aspects of room turnover
