Core Responsibilities:

Manage patient care resources, facilitate effective communication with healthcare professionals, ensure patient satisfaction, and address the educational requirements of the nursing staff.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 18 months of clinical nursing experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required unless specific criteria are met
  • Active RN license in Nebraska or a compact state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within a designated timeframe

Desirable Attributes:
