Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and troubleshoot common service requests within apartments
  • Address minor plumbing and electrical challenges as they occur
  • Install and maintain appliances in the units
  • Promptly resolve general maintenance tasks
  • Ensure apartments are clean and ready for new residents
  • Handle exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as breezeways and parking lots
Qualifications:
  • Possess an EPA 608 Certification Type I or higher (HVAC)
  • Basic plumbing and electrical experience, minimum of 6 months
  • Ability to install appliances
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic with reliability and initiative
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and providing excellent customer service
  • Own a basic set of hand tools including a screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, and wrenches
  • Capable of lifting 40-50 pounds
