Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of three years of experience and one to two years of management/supervisory experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and functional areas within the Nursing Department, assisting the Director of Nursing in overall department operations, and delegating tasks to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative and functional areas within the Nursing Department
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in overall department operations
  • Delegate tasks to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices, and government regulations
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with current state license
  • Minimum of three years nursing experience
  • One to two years management/supervisory experience preferred
  • Current/active CPR certification
