Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will provide general office support, including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders, and mail distribution.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders
- Provide general office support, including mail distribution and other clerical tasks
- Assist with customer service and provide a positive experience for our residents, patients, and customers
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
- Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties
