Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling & Stamping is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing environments, demonstrate self-motivation, and excel in a high-energy work setting.

• Analyze, prepare, and communicate reports on machinery for process enhancements
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug robotic systems and PLC programs
• Develop technical documentation, including operating procedures and training manuals
• Actively pursue process and quality improvements
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in fields such as Robotic Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Controls
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation
• Strong ability to retain information and communicate effectively
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule: Midnights, Days, Afternoons, with potential overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation
• Extensive knowledge of process automation
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
