We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with children with autism, implementing their treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA
  • Collect and record data from each session electronically
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, flexible, and open to feedback
  • Attention to detail
