Blossom ABA Therapy is a leading provider of autism care services, offering rewarding career opportunities for experienced ABA therapists. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapists.

About the Role:

As an RBT/ABA Therapist with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children with autism or other developmental challenges, providing high-quality ABA therapy and implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy sessions with children, collecting data and entering it electronically daily
  • Work collaboratively with BCBA's to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to caregivers
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,760 - $54,240 based on 20 hours of work per week. This figure may vary depending on your location, experience, and the number of cases you prefer to take on.
