Part-Time Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elim Wellspring, a 5-star rated senior care campus. As a part-time nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a competitive pay scale and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Current MN Nursing License required.
  • CPR certified preferred or willing to get.
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
