Part-Time Nursing Opportunity at Elim Wellspring

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elim Wellspring, a 5-star rated senior care campus. As a part-time nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, taking follow-up action as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Current MN Nursing License required.
  • CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.
