Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
