Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients receiving dialysis therapy, ensuring seamless coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assess and evaluate patients' clinical status throughout treatment, utilizing established standards of care to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, prioritizing safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in dialysis care, applying knowledge to improve quality and reduce risk.
- Current, active RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
- Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
- One (1) year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, critical care, or dialysis preferred.
