Key Responsibilities
  • Operate luxury motorcoaches in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to DOT regulations and speed limits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.
  • Develop and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Arrow Stage Lines in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and staff to ensure seamless transportation services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance driving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A current Class A or B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
  • An excellent driving record, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and a professional appearance.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
