Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, including skills in forklift operation, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and data entry
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
  • Manage daily processing of returned IT equipment, which includes scanning assets, unboxing items, and sorting for either disposal or retention.
  • Assist in the removal of hard drives from returned devices, ensuring accurate recording of asset and serial information in spreadsheets.
  • Support the preparation of returned equipment for either destruction or resale.

Receiving Operations
  • Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Verify the quantity of incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Record received items in the LabCorp ERP system.
  • Label pallets and boxes with the correct item numbers and descriptions.
  • Organize incoming inventory in designated storage locations.

Shipping Operations
  • Utilize scanning technology to pick and complete customer orders.
  • Package orders appropriately for shipment.
  • Process shipments using FedEx and UPS terminals.
  • Replenish stock from overstock locations as necessary.
