Senior Clinical Trials Consultant

Endeavor Consulting Group, a premier consulting firm dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector, is in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Clinical Trials Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to our clients' efforts in the design, execution, and enhancement of clinical trials. This position offers a unique chance to influence the pharmaceutical research landscape and aid in the creation of transformative therapies.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver expert insights and strategic counsel to our clients, ensuring the effective management of clinical trials. Your extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, regulatory frameworks, and clinical research best practices will be crucial in shaping and executing innovative trial methodologies. By utilizing your analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail, you will evaluate data, uncover critical insights, and propose enhancements to trial design, participant recruitment, and overall trial oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to establish clinical trial goals and formulate detailed trial protocols.
- Conduct assessments to determine the feasibility of trial locations and patient demographics.
- Advise on regulatory standards and guarantee adherence throughout the trial process.
- Design and implement strategies for patient recruitment, including the development of promotional materials and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Manage site selection and negotiate contracts with research sites.
- Supervise ongoing trials, interpret data, and identify trends and potential challenges.
- Offer strategic recommendations to enhance trial efficiency, quality, and participant safety.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline; advanced degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trial management, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory standards and guidelines for clinical research.
- Strong grasp of biostatistics and clinical trial architecture.
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other clinical trial technologies.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
