Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at GPAC. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair on customer vehicles, including oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment and plan repair procedures using charts, manuals, and experience.
  • Customer Service: Explain automotive repairs and issues to customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repair.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an automotive technician role, preferably with a Master Technician certification.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data, maintain accurate records, and perform routine maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
