About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Mebane, NC. As a Physical Therapist with Adoration Home Health and Hospice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients achieve their maximum level of independence and function.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation.
  • Minimum one year of PT experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance.
