Job Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • North Carolina license and ASHA certification required
  • Speech Therapy degree required
