Overview:

The Seasonal Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations during peak periods. This position involves various non-technical tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic facility maintenance, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, performing minor electrical repairs, and fixing broken items. For complex issues, escalate to the appropriate technician.
  • Manage the delivery and setup of office equipment and technology.
  • Transport supplies and materials to and from various office locations.
  • Assist in the seasonal preparation and closing of offices, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards and overall brand guidelines.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions relevant to the role.
  • Ensure the security of the office premises when leaving after hours.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the District Operations Coordinator or other management personnel.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Basic literacy and comprehension skills.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and other web-based applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential, along with the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
