Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 10 clients and provide individualized behavioral therapy services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, and behavior support plans.
  • Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals and behavior support plans.
  • Ensure fidelity of each client's treatment program and behavioral protocols.
  • Program skill acquisition programs in an electronic data collection system.
  • Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations.
  • Provide parent sessions and support.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • BCBA/LBA licensure.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures while attending to the needs of active children.
  • No prior criminal history.
  • Ability to utilize technology and basic computer skills.
