About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Daily Care Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the NICU and newborn nursery, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of newborns and their families.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of newborns and their families, including physical examinations and review of medical histories.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and other interventions as needed.
  • Provide education and support to new parents, including guidance on newborn care and feeding.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of care plans.
Requirements
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a NICU or newborn nursery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
