As a Corporate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Special Projects Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that company goals and objectives are achieved in their assigned service delivery area by providing in-depth clinical chart and peer reviews to assure health care services are following the requirements of NCCHC, ACA, and professional healthcare standards.

This clinical provider will assist with special projects for the corporate mental health team in an effort to improve patient care and clinical compliance across NaphCare's facilities.

Responsibilities include evaluating site compliance with mental health measures, assisting the education department in creating up-to-date training videos and materials, and monitoring for quality compliance concerns in health staff documentation or performance.

Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and utilize multiple computer platforms for meetings or direct patient encounters is required.

Some travel is required, and moderate utilization of computer software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe is necessary.

Physical demands include walking on feet approximately 8 hours per day, sitting for 2-4 hours per day, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications include a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in Alabama, current DEA registration, and valid CPR.
