Key Responsibilities:
You will represent our retail clinics located nationwide and within local communities. The Healthcare Service Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring a positive patient experience and helping individuals improve their hearing.

Additionally, the Coordinator supports the clinic in achieving revenue targets by attracting new patients, managing administrative and operational functions, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.


  • Drive patient appointments and clinic revenue by making outbound and follow-up calls to potential and existing patients.
  • Welcome all patients and gather potential referrals. Stay informed about current marketing promotions.
  • Perform data entry and appointment scheduling using company protocols and internal scheduling software.
  • Maintain a patient-ready office by managing office supply inventory according to company-approved lists.
  • Keep an accurate record of petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
  • Oversee hearing aid inventory.
  • Collaborate with patients to collect all insurance documentation and ensure compliance with current HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

As the representative of our office, you will need proactive customer service skills and the ability to display friendly and courteous behavior in all patient interactions.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of prior front office experience, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and support services.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive matters and interacting with patients with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
