Fresh Grocer is seeking a professional with exceptional customer service skills to fill the role of Seafood Department Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Seafood Department, ensuring great customer experiences, and preparing and packing out fresh and frozen seafood according to company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Become knowledgeable about various seafood products, including their taste, preparation methods, and price differences.
  • Ensure the Seafood Department remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to department of sanitation and QA standards.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely, reporting any malfunctions or problems immediately.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,500 - $67,000, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
